Delegation is an art form – The better you are at it, the better you can manage your time and the time of others in order to achieve speedy conclusion of tasks.  It’s all about control and having leadership skills in order to dissect a task and be able to communicate clearly what you want others to do.

This half day session will present an overview of the exploration of the psychology behind delegation, while giving you the tools to take back control and to communicate more effectively when delegating to others.
